All information on our website is intended for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

2. Appointment & Scheduling

  • Appointments can be booked online, via phone, WhatsApp, or by visiting our centre.

  • Booking an appointment does not guarantee immediate service; waiting times may vary depending on patient load, emergency cases, and machine availability.

  • Patients must provide accurate personal and medical information while booking.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to technical issues, equipment maintenance, or doctor availability.

3. Reports Delivery & Timelines

  • Report delivery timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the test.

  • While we try to deliver reports on time, delays may occur due to technical issues, doctor review times, emergencies, or high patient volumes.

  • Reports may be provided in digital or printed format as per availability.

  • The patient is responsible for collecting physical reports; we are not liable for uncollected reports after 30 days.

4. Accuracy of Results

  • All tests are conducted under NABL, NABH, and QCI protocols; however, diagnostic tests may have limitations due to clinical or biological variations.

  • Final diagnosis should always be made by your consulting doctor.

  • Orbit Imaging & Pathlab is not responsible for misinterpretation of results by external clinicians.

6. Patient Responsibilities

By using our services, patients agree to:

  • Provide accurate medical history and information.

  • Follow pre-test instructions (fasting, hydration, medications, etc.).

  • Arrive on time for appointments.

  • Treat staff and other patients respectfully.
